“This class was so much fun and really gratifying! Our instructor, Keith, was the perfect mix of upbeat energy, encouragement, and helpful suggestions. My only feedback would be to maybe add a little more time (15-30 minutes) so it didn't feel as rushed and possibly offseting the position of the rug frames from each other so it would be easier to check on your progress without having to look through/around the frame on the opposite side of the table. Definitely recommend this class to someone wanting to try a new artform or something hands-on.”
“Our instructor was very helpful teaching our class the fundamentals of tufting so that we could work on our projects (mostly) independently which was wonderful. She was busy busy working with two other arts and crafts courses, yet managed to have the energy and bandwidth to assist everyone for hours! We learned to use the tufting toolgun to create our own carpet-like murals and while we went extended about an hour and a half beyond the listed hours, none of the people attended the class seemed to mind, and the instructor was patient, caring, and quite silly throughout.”
“Just took a rug tufting class with Keith and had an absolute blast. He was incredibly kind, patient, and hands-on throughout the entire session — constantly checking in to make sure we were on track and stepping in to help whenever things got tricky.
He basically drew out my full design for me and walked me through the more complicated bits, which made all the difference. My sister and I both left with rugs we're genuinely proud of.
