“I loved our class with Francesco and Stefano. They were informative, gave space to learn, and were just the right amount of hands-on, while offering impassioned encouragment along the way. The three course dinner we prepared helps you make a well-rounded meal in a collaborative fashion, with the pasta-making portion acting as the star of the course. “The class was really enjoyable, and the instructors were very knowledgeable! Although the space was a bit cozy, luckily (for us, though not for the team) 4 out of 14 people didn't attend, allowing us to spread out, which made it much more comfortable. If the full group had been present, it might have been a bit crowded and harder to move around freely. My only minor suggestion is that the red wine served was a basic Australian variety. Since there were two Italian chefs involved, I expected them to select a wine that better reflected their culinary background. There was also a small child present, which was fine in the end as she was really sweet, but I'm not sure this is the ideal class for kids—especially on a Saturday night when most attendees were clearly couples.”
