“We had a great time at Rosemary's babka-making class. She welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home in her cool, eclectic studio. We each got a workstation, and Rosemary guided us through the steps of making the dough and filling for the babka. We had lots of fun and learned a lot. It was great chatting with Rosemary and hearing about her fascinating life, including her travels, pastry background, and experience running a restaurant.”
