“Emily was a lovely instructor! I went by myself, and was paired up with 2 other folks. The class definitely moves quickly with each lesson, so it can be a bit hard to remember everything. But Emily walks around throughout the entire class and is there to help you as you need it:) You get to take home a couple kinds of croissants and taste them fresh out of the oven!”
“This class was extremely fun. It was set up wonderfully so that most of the hard or time consuming parts were already done for us, we learned how to roll the dough, how to fold the dough, put in the toppings, bake it. It was very fun for our group of 20 and the instructor was great.”
“Had a very pleasant and interesting evening . My teacher was audible and clear in her directions. She worked hard the entire time watching and preparing. Everything was laid out for us to use, and we even got to sample our efforts. Highly recommended.”
“What a wonderful way to spend my birthday! This class was so enjoyable from start to finish. The chef provided effective instruction and guidance while keeping the mood light and entertaining. I would highly recommend this class and I will certainly be returning the learn more.”
“This class is great fun for anyone who likes to learn by doing and then go home with very freshly baked croissants! Chef Jen was FABULOUS and my husband and brother-in-law both loved this surprise excursion--and they both now know how to prepare home made croissants. Yum!”
“Class was a lot of fun - I liked the way it was done and it demystified croissant making - I can and will definitely try it at home! My one issue was the space - 4 people to a very small table felt cramped and we kept on banging into each other. But we made it work. Chef Emily was great and her instructions were very clear.”
