“So far I am LOVING this machine! I finally made the jump to a prosumer machine, and I could not be happier with the Bianca. The temperature control seems excellent, I love the flow control, great steam pressure and milk texturing. I'm still working to dial in and get my shots where I want them, but this machine gives you the control to really experiment and fine-tune your espresso shots to your liking. As a bonus - I have a counter space with limited depth and no water line access for direct plumbing, so the ability to mount the water tank on the side was key, it allowed this machine to just fit in my coffee bar space. I anticipate this could be the last espresso machine I have to buy! Experience with Cliff & Pebble was great - sale price was great, allowed the option to order with the Black Walnut handles (some other shops charge A LOT for this), and the free accessories were a nice touch.
