“I was hesitant at first to spend so much on a home espresso machine, prosumer or not. This is my first espresso machine, upgrading from a pour-over setup. If you love the look of the machine, its capabilities will not let you down. I love the compact design of the dual-boiler Bianca and am enamored with the flow control, allowing you to manually control each shot and save shots when they aren't coming out as intended. I am very pleased with my purchase and believe with proper care, there is no reason this machine won't last a long time.”
“Replaced a 25 year old Wega Mininova heat exchange machine. It was making decent coffee but finding parts was starting to get difficult, so I pulled the trigger on the Lelit Bianca. Let me simply say that the coffee I thought was decent with my old machine doesn't hold a candle to what I am making with the Lelit! Putting aside flavor for a moment - consistency from shot to shot is easy to achieve, and once the variables of grind fineness, tamping pressure and brewing temp and pressure are dialed in, it is almost impossible to make a bad shot.
