“I'm so happy I upgraded to the chrome. It looks great and it cleans up well. I am especially pleased how quiet it is. It's a true performer. The grind options are perfect and there is no messing around. I searched a long time before I invested in this unit. If I had to tweak one little thing it would be somehow figure out how to avoid the screwing/unscrewing (which requires a screw driver) in order to take off the espresso bean container; however, I'm making it work. It's worth it!”
