“If I could give 10 stars for the service, I would! The team at Cliff & Pebble are very nice and accommodating. I purchased my eureka as an open box item that turned out to be brand new (never used) and with full warranty. Prior to making the purchase I had shot over several emails back-and-forth asking questions and the staff was very nice. I think the one piece of feedback that I would have for people who buy this grinder is to look into getting a dial ring (I got mine from ARO) instead of using the default circle knob that comes with this. The dial ring is much larger and so it’s easier to pick smaller steps as you try to hone in your espresso grind sizes. I think it would be cool if C&P carried this as an accessory and was by default recommended, but I’m sure there’s a process for that. Happy grinding!”
