“I had a question during their Black Friday sale. They got back to me extremely quick and answered my question about the sale.
When I recieved my Carti9, there were some issues I took notice of. There was two areas I wanted to be sure were safe, so I could use the Carti9. One looked like a rust spot or something. I took pictures and sent them to Customer Service.
I was expecting an answer of "Yes, it's fine." or at worse, "That is just cosmetic, it is safe." I didn't hear back from them but instead got a package in the mail. It was a 2nd Carti9! This one not only had no "spots" or issues but it also solved my issue of wanting a backup glass in case.

“First off let me say BADAZZ product built very well and have had it almost a month now and haven't had any issues with it thank you for putting a fill line to ensure the device stays working properly im very happy with it and will buy more water devices pending you guys make any new devices so thank you for actually making something worth a $hit as far as price goes yes some people may argue its steep but as they say you get what you pay for and if you keep making things like this its worth every penny the glass alone must be 4ply 6ply thick built very well and the extra details the rubberized bottom base the lights just makes it that much better great product very happy love cloudious9 keep up the amazing products”
“Amazing product! For anyone having trouble with it I invite you to read the manual many times. Also make sure that your cartridge is not clogged. It being clogged is the reason mine wasn't producing smoke but I got it to work once I maintain it before I turn it on. Such a great product no longer taking straight hits has been lifechanging. I don't have to have tea on the side like I had to with straight cartridge's pens.”
