“The tube is fantastic. Great quality. But I was attempting to replace the rubber seal that fits onto the bottom of it. The gasket was attached to the tube when I purchased the initial product. So I thought it would come with this order as well. I was confused because I didn't see an option to buy any replacement seals/gaskets on the the website. Thanks”

“This tube is the perfect Hydrology 9 companion for people who are super clumsy for whatever reason! Yes, I include myself in this. It is sturdy, lightweight and fits perfectly. Sure, it doesn't feel quite the same as the borosilicate, but it really doesn't affect the experience. I have not noticed any real change in the flavor switching between the two. I highly recommend getting the acrylic to anyone for travel or large gatherings and to anyone who suffers from limited manual dexterity. Now, if there was an acrylic mouthpiece as well, we'd be cooking with Crisco.”
