“I have used the salted caramel and dark chocolate. Not yet tried the milk chocolate. The chocolate beans were really good but I have my doubts they work in the Hotel chocoalte Velvetiser. The machine made a noise and there was chocolate residue left at the bottom so I transferred it to a pan. Not sure I'd chance making it in the velvetiser.”
