“I tested the milk, dark & milk and salted caramel.
To make them I used the hotel chocolate velvatiser, whole milk between the min-max line and the flavour was mega.
I have tried a lot of hot chocolate powders, flakes etc and these beads work perfectly well and offer a lot of flavour. If they are too strong you can just add more milk or less beads.
Milk was nice but a little generic, dark/milk the flavour hits much better with the mix and the salted caramel was as good as I expected.
I would order again :) - Make sure to give them a go as they’re also portable packets, make a hot milk flask (needs to be a good thermal one), place some inside give it a shake and get on your journey. Eventually they have melted well to create an easy going hot cohosted m.”
“I tried the chocolate beans and found them very tasty. I bought them to use in my Velvetiser, and they work really well in terms of flavour.
The only downside is that the beans can get stuck and cause the Velvetiser to jam. I have to stop it, loosen the beans, and then put it back on again. Unfortunately, this happened every time I used them.
If it wasn't for this issue, I would have given them 5 stars, as the chocolate itself is delicious.”
“I have only previously used the Hotel Chocolat chocolate flakes but saw the sample pack of these advertised and decided to try them. Delivery was prompt, price comparable to Hotel Chcolat and the product lovely - would like to be able to sample the other flavours before commiting to buying them but intend to purchase the ones I have been able to try so far.”
