Web page for whole beans changes to packet for ground beans when increasing the size. Very difficult to contact customer support to get an exchange and no response despite multiple mails. Still waiting on these.

The coffee is very good. I was disappointed in the length of time it took to receive. It arrived after my guests had left. I had ordered it just for them... It's their favorite.

Coffee's great. Your customer service for online purchases is ridiculously bad. Surely you can program a response to customer queries regarding shipment details or status of order.

I love the coffee. I ordered one order for 2-2# bags. Your website is very hard to work with. You sent me two separate orders charging me for 4 bags altogether. This was Oct. 4, 2023, order # 30475535 I should have only been charged for one order. Before I saw that I was charged 2 times I wanted to subscribe for another order of 2# bags for 3 months later. Well, I was charged an additional $70.27 for the subscribed order. I have been charged a total of $129.59 on my debit card as of October 4th. This is for 4 - 2# bags of coffee. I definitely need a partial refund back to me. Please contact me!! I tried emailing you with no response. Sincerely, Jeannine
