“I love the coffee. I ordered one order for 2-2# bags. Your website is very hard to work with. You sent me two separate orders charging me for 4 bags altogether. This was Oct. 4, 2023, order # 30475535 I should have only been charged for one order. Before I saw that I was charged 2 times I wanted to subscribe for another order of 2# bags for 3 months later. Well, I was charged an additional $70.27 for the subscribed order. I have been charged a total of $129.59 on my debit card as of October 4th. This is for 4 - 2# bags of coffee. I definitely need a partial refund back to me. Please contact me!! I tried emailing you with no response. Sincerely, Jeannine”
