“I sent an email to the help desk (as you are no longer taking phone calls) and never heard back. I have made multiple orders over the past few years- always whole bean. Thank you for your review. It is disappointing to see you did not enjoy this coffee. Our House Blend is a blend of Costa Rican, Colombian and Brazilian beans. We would recommend a medium roasted South American coffee such as our Colombia Narino medium roast for customers who prefer a sweet, earthy flavor profile but do not find this coffee to be bold enough. We agree that African coffees are a great choice for customers seeking something more complex with fruity notes, but who don't want a darker roast.
