“This is a very good coffee, it is very robust although I do wish it was roasted a little bit darker. It's a nice dark brown roast but some of the other roasts I've had from other companies the beans are darker, almost black but not burnt. I prefer that especially for an expresso raost (just my personal preference). It's still a very good coffee the way they roast it and I'm sure most people love it.”

“I’m a huge fan of CBTL; however you customer service for online orders is lacking. I attempted to place an order for my espresso coffee and use the back to school discount I received. I was unsuccessful. I attempted to reach customer service and was unsuccessful. I emailed a complaint and ordered my coffee before the discount expired. I was under the impressions that CB would honor the discount once they saw my complaint. Instead I receive emails asking for proof that I couldn’t use the code. I emailed my complaint right after I placed the order. If CB has a number for customer service none of this would have happened. I have yet to receive a credit to my cc for the discount of 25%”

“These are my FAVORITE beans and work perfectly in my Miele machine. I attempted to pick them up 4 times at my local Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. They did not have ANY. Offered me decaf beans?? Very disappointed in 92nd & Via Linda location. I like to support and purchase from local locations. Will be ordering online.”

“I cannot get it on the right grind for my espresso machine, I’ve wasted time and money just from this not being pre-ground. I miss having coffee at this coffee shop so I thought I order a bag and enjoy it here in Florida but I sadly havent been able to. What a waste.”
