“The espresso beans are great. CBTL customer service had become terrible. My worst experience ever. The shipment was delayed. They never contacted me about this. They don't answer the customer service phone at all. They tell you to email them. I emailed them TWICE and I never got a reply. NEVER. I tried on their website to check my order status and all I got was a blank white page. No data. I'm disabled and I use them to supply coffee via their shipping. I was out of coffee for several days because their shipping took so long.”
