I've sent inquiries on the website through their Guest Relations page; I haven't gotten any responses back. I placed an online order for 4 bags of this coffee on Nov 27, 2023. I finally received the order on Dec 21, 2023. All 4 bags are set to expire at the end of January 2024! Rubbish service + inferior product. Again, I know this is not the place for this type of review, but I'm at wit's end with trying to get through to them.”

“At first, I bought this for sentimental reasons. My father served during WW2 in the Pacific Theatre, part of which was Papua New Guinea. Just the possible *taste* of the coffee he may have had there. I have to say, I'm happy I did get it. The flavor is bold, smooth and full. I think he would've loved it, too. I'll be keeping an eye out for it's return.”
