“My complaint is not about the quality of the Vanilla Powder. The powder has always been great. My complaint is that the 2 cans ordered online arrived severely dented in. The shipping box was fine, so logically the product must have been packed in poor condition. I don't want to use the powder for fear of contamination. By the way, after 2 weeks, Coffee Bean has not responded.”

We always take care to package our products as carefully as possible, but due to the nature of the material used to case our coffees and teas, denting does sometimes happen. “I receive specials from coffee, Bean and tea leaf all the time. When I try to use the code to purchase my items, it will not work when I try to contact customer service I get no response. I even went online and tried to find another phone number. No luck I ordered three cans was not able to take advantage of any kind of special and it will be the last three cans I buy. It is ridiculous that there is no customer service for this company, I’m sure I will get no response on this review either”
