“I ordered on 2/12 and it’s now 2/27 and I haven’t received my product and can’t get in contact with customer service. Tracking says it’s just sitting there never moving. Worst customer service ever!! Try and fill out a request and it requires me to pick a cafe I purchased from but I bought online. Tells me to pick a date I purchased but you can’t go further back than a week. It’s been 15 days! How about an 800 number? Nope. No where.”

“Taste wise, it’s perfect but at 30+ grams of sugar per serving, it’s definitely not so good for everyday consumption. I plan on limiting them only on weekends. So in theory, if you’re someone who’s not watching your sugar intake, go for it every day! Otherwise, like me, I would have to indulge only during my weekend coffees.”

“I love this product and have bought it multiple times!! However, the shipping process is getting worse and worse. 10 days from order made to fullfillment...and 2 of the 5 cans were dented with tops and lids busted off.The shipping box was pristine, which means that the damage occurred prior to boxing. Shame on you, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf”

“TLDR: LOOK AT EXPIRATION DATE. I would normally give CBTL a 10 out of 5 star rating, because I have been a loyal, loving customer for about 23 years - since highschool. Every Friday I would go to the mall with my BFF and we would get Coffee Bean, I always had the hot vanilla drink. I have been ordering the powders to have at home since 2018 (I unfortunately do not have a CBTL near my house anymore). My recent order delivered powders that were manufactured over one year ago, with an expiration date of three months from delivery. I do not finish these powders that quickly, and to me, it would have been a waste of money. The CS team did refund me $30 for the order of four cans, so I guess that makes it better. But, I wish I would have received a longer lasting powder. (yes, they do get stale, and you can taste the difference, IMO). But honestly, overall, I love these powders, especially the vanilla. They make a delicious "weekly treat" drink.”
