“Your prices gone up beyond exorbitantly this year $12.95 to $19.95). Although I love your product, I now must wait for coupons to justify purchasing the powder in bulk. I’ve had two mistakes happen with the Shop App that has not accepted coupons and over charged me. I tried to cancel with no success. Because I no longer live in Los Angeles, and am unable to buy in person, I’m forced to use this difficult app. I also emailed Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf directly, multiple times to cancel the order immediately and didn’t get a response back.
