“This power is rich and delicious. I have been hooked on both the ice blended and hot drinks made with this powder. They use to sell an iced blended kit so you could make the drinks at home but sadly the coffee concentrate is no longer available. I still believe this is the best coffee shop ever.”

“I ordered on 2/12 and it’s now 2/27 and I haven’t received my product and can’t get in contact with customer service. Tracking says it’s just sitting there never moving. Worst customer service ever!! Try and fill out a request and it requires me to pick a cafe I purchased from but I bought online. Tells me to pick a date I purchased but you can’t go further back than a week. It’s been 15 days! How about an 800 number? Nope. No where.”

“Taste wise, it’s perfect but at 30+ grams of sugar per serving, it’s definitely not so good for everyday consumption. I plan on limiting them only on weekends. So in theory, if you’re someone who’s not watching your sugar intake, go for it every day! Otherwise, like me, I would have to indulge only during my weekend coffees.”
