“Very disappointing in your replying to my several earlier messages and calls. I ordered the Sugar Free Vanilla Powder and received the Powder with Sugar. I've tried, unsuccessfully, to contact someone for assistance.......to no avail. Written several emails and not had the courtesy of a response to date. Very disappointing for a customer of over 25 years!!!!! Carolyn Zalta”
