“I absolutely love this product and have been using it for years and will continue to use it. I’m very disappointed with the new packaging. Every time I open the bag it explodes everywhere and I lose a quarter of the product since they have increased their prices. It’s very frustrating that I’m also getting less product now since it always spells everywhere hoping the new plastic bag insert packaging changes.”

“Their online store does not honor their emailed promotional codes. And when you contact their “guest relations” site to remedy this, you don’t get a response. Also, they’ve made this powder $4 more than any of their other powders.”

“I always use the chocolate no sugar added so I thought I’d try the vanilla but it tastes sugar free. I’m mixing a little with my chocolate to use it up. I always buy a few of my chocolate one but I’m running low so I’m going to ask my Grandaughter to stop by CB&T leaf and pick some up. Also for many years I have sent requests to open a shop in my neighborhood.. we had none..even said where to open one.. now 6 starbucks ..here one in that building I suggested ,with lines going on forever. Now I can’t drive so I’m forced to accept Starbucks…people bring me! Sorry for my rant. But you missed out here in Sylmar”
