“I still have not received my order. I reached out to coffee bean to let them know that my order had the wrong shipping address. They’ve lied and told me they corrected the shipping address and my order was on the way. I tracked the package which actually was delivered to the original wrong shipping address and it was sent back to coffee bean. I’ve been told my order is on the way but nobody can give me tracking info. I’ve requested my money back from my bank and filed a complaint with the BBB like many other people have.”

“I have not tried the white chocolate powder. I recently started a weight loss program. It does not include flavor, enhancers to coffee . I will enjoy it when I get a chance to use it.”

“There should be a bulk option in the powders. The extra cost of the can it comes in is a waste on an already expensive item.”

“I received a product that was within a couple months of expiring and when I contacted customer service they asked me two questions then ghosted me. I’m stuck with a $40 order that was supposed to be a gift but can’t be gifted because it is about to expire. Absolutely terrible and I would never recommend anyone buy from coffee bean and tea leaf. Which sucks because their drinks are wonderful.”
