“I was flying home and had a layover at LAX. I'm learning to drink coffee. I ordered a white mocha latte with almond milk. And when I tell you it was the best I have ever had. I have been chasing that cup ever since. So when I found out we could order from them... That's what we do. Now I can't get it to taste like they did. But it is still the best I've had.”

“I still have not received my order. I reached out to coffee bean to let them know that my order had the wrong shipping address. They’ve lied and told me they corrected the shipping address and my order was on the way. I tracked the package which actually was delivered to the original wrong shipping address and it was sent back to coffee bean. I’ve been told my order is on the way but nobody can give me tracking info. I’ve requested my money back from my bank and filed a complaint with the BBB like many other people have.”
