“This powder is so delicious. I'm in love! I made a goal this year to make my own iced lattes and spend less at coffee shops. This hazelnut powder is probably the best I've ever tasted. My lattes are better than any coffee shop one I've had.”

“Product very good Not happy with the expiration date. I received the coffee in February 2026 and it expires in April 2026. With a manufacturing date of January 2025. You cannot send customers products that expire 2 months later.”

“TLDR: LOOK AT EXPIRATION DATE. I would normally give CBTL a 10 out of 5 star rating, because I have been a loyal, loving customer for about 23 years - since highschool. Every Friday I would go to the mall with my BFF and we would get Coffee Bean, I always had the hot vanilla drink. I have been ordering the powders to have at home since 2018 (I unfortunately do not have a CBTL near my house anymore). My recent order delivered powders that were manufactured over one year ago, with an expiration date of three months from delivery. I do not finish these powders that quickly, and to me, it would have been a waste of money. The CS team did refund me $30 for the order of four cans, so I guess that makes it better. But, I wish I would have received a longer lasting powder. (yes, they do get stale, and you can taste the difference, IMO). But honestly, overall, I love these powders. They make a delicious "weekly treat" drink.”
