“Dear sir:I always enjoy my Coffee Bean Powders! They are always delicious and smooth.The part that I am disappointed is when you have a promotion for FREE shipping with a limited amount purchase. I did have the amount required and YOU still charged me shipping. What's the use of promoting FREE shipping when you have limitations. It's just a BIG LIE! Please don't promote FREE shipping when you don't offer it to ALL who are dedicated to buying your products. Thank you.”

“The hazelnut powder is by far my favorite. The flavor is perfect and it’s delicious when you’re making an iced coffee. Based on my first review of the Vanilla powder I encountered the same issue where the can was not full at all.”

Thank you for your review. Sometimes the powder settles during transit which can cause the product to become more dense and leave room at the topd. However, the tin will still contain the advertised amount of product by weight.

“The can was very dented, which would not have happened as well as it was wrapped. They, basically, sent me a damaged one. Also, no scoop in the can.”
