I am a big fan of the coffee brewing machine. This is my second machine. I’ve been using this machine and your Coffey for well over 5 years. Great product.

I sent an email to customer service to report receiving the coffee maker with a cracked water dispenser unit. I immediately received a response that someone will be contacting me. It’s been a few days and still no contact.

So this is my second machine. My first one died 2 years to the day I purchased my first one. I had an amazing 2 years everyday with the first one so I defiantly decided I needed another. The coffee pods are so yummy. I hope this one makes it longer.

Bought the Lieto machine in March 2020 and had so many problems that CB replaced it two months later. Now, after a year, the machine can't produce a full cup without the idiot lights going off and burning through pods to get a decent cup. We're really meticulous about descaling at the recommended intervals so we don't know what's going on with the machine. The manual is of no help. We just bought a new Lieto and have decided to return it unopened. What were we thinking? We love CBTL coffee but the machine is not worth it, even on sale!!

I had to buy a new one because the old one stopped working. Unfortunately, after putting in an online request for customer service I did not hear from anyone for two weeks. By then I assumed I would not hear anything and bought a new machine. The customer service was by email and after I described the problem again in writing and noted that the machine was out of warranty I was told they had no suggestion for a fix for the problem. I was offered a 15% discount which I then could not apply to the new machine because I had already received the new machine. To say the the customer service was terrible is an understatement. It appears that no attempt is made to assist with problems when the machine is out of warranty.

This is a great coffee machine. It is easy to assemble and user friendly. We also experienced great communication and experience with CBTL customer service.
