“I had a Starbucks Verismo machine and liked it but they discontinued making pods for that system. The machine became useless. The CBTL machine and espresso pods make a much better drink than the Starbucks system ever did. I'm glad now that the Verismo system was dropped because I'm getting a much more enjoyable espresso in the morning than I ever did before. And I've got a better selection of pods with the CBTL system, and much fresher too.”
“Initial operation was good, however after about three weeks, the water will not process into the cup. The water goes into the pod container. Three emails sent to customer support with no reply to help resolve the problem. Looks like as long as you are buying, service is good. After the sale, non-existent. I liked the coffee and have spent several hundred dollors on pods. This level of service makes me wish I hadn't. Ken Fike”
