“Thank you for the opportunity to send in a review, customer service did a fantastic job of sending out the part needed to repair the stove that came defective from the factory, the bead blasting material left in the stove caused the magnetic motor in the blower to seize up when turned on, part was shipped immediately, unfortunately it arrived damaged, second part shipped arrived damaged, between the three blower assemblies I was able to get the stove operational.”
