“The new burn pot is working fine. We’ll see how long it lasts. The original one that came with a brand new stove only lasted less than 2 years. Hopefully this one lasts longer.”
“The pot lasted all of 3 months, they replaced but since I don't use the stove in summer I assume I'll be getting another before the end of the year. Poorly designed.”
“There is nothing seemingly wrong with the product itself, more the fact that I had to buy it to begin with. We purchased a new comfortbuilt slightly more than a year ago and it's already cracked. Hopefully this burn pot will last a little longer! Based on the reviews probably not!”
“We are on our 3rd pot in 5 months of use. The pots crack witching 2 weeks of use. I was told that they are only good for one year anyway but I could buy a stainless one for a lot more money that’s warranted for 4 years. The story is longer but I won’t bore you with the details. Suffice it to say, “I would not buy this product again.””
“Can't say enough good things about this stove. The only issues I had were minor. Had to replace the burn pot after 4 months. (The bottom cracked) The current one is having the same issues. When I take the sides off for maintenance I have a hard time aligning the screws to put back on. Having purchased two competing brands that were complete failures prior to getting the comfortbilt this stove is a shining star. I run solar but don't have the batteries to run heat all night, so this stove runs full time (except for cleaning) 5 months a year. Great job with this one!!”
