“This is an excellent stove. Easy to clean and installation was fairly easy. Customer support is excellent and they answer your questions promptly. You need to use high-heat tape on the inside of the hopper to cover the rivets for the pellets to feed into the hopper without getting hung up when you are down to about 1/3 of a full hopper. So far so good!”

“I'm not impressed with the stove. I can't adjust blower speed or thermostat due to it wants me to input a password. The manual is not helpful and your videos on the internet do not address any issues with the stove. I have tried calling the numbers on your manual which have been disconnected. Overall the stove is quiet and heats to a point it is not enjoyable because I can't adjust the temperature. I bought the stove due to the high ratings but I should of listened to the bad comments from other customers experiencing the same issues.”
