“Just installed the hp22 n. 2 days ago so far the things that stand out on this stove are just how quiet it is compared to my last pellet stove and also how clean the glass stays. On my last stove the glass would turn black after a day of use this one we have run for 2 days now and it still, looks great. I also like all the settings, manual or how you can set it to keep a specific temperature or even run on a weekly schedule. Truly amazing. I will write another review after a year of operation to see if anything changes but right now I love this stove!”
“Purchased this to heat a chilly 12 x 25 foot kitchen. It keeps the entire room nice and warm on the lowest setting for 24 hours on 1, 40 lb bag of pellets and could easily heat my entire first floor. It burns the pellets completely to a fine ash and cleaning is easy with an small shop vac. I would recommend this stove to anyone and I am considering buying another one for my finished basement man cave.”

“First year with my HP-22 and I love it. After over 30 years of burning wood I’m a new man. Takes me about 10 minutes or less every morning to clean it. It heats great and very quite. Came well packed and ready for action. Love this stove. And on low it burns a bag a day. Cheap heat. Colder days below 30 I run on 2 and burn a little over a bag a day to a bag and a half. No mess no bugs no smoke in house.”
“Very pleased with this stove. The heat output is great. Noise is acceptable. Cleaning is fairly easy. You should keep some fire gasket around for when you clean out the back access ports just in case the existing one gets damaged. If the pellet fill opening on top of the stove was a little large it would be easier to fill. The thermostat wire on the back of the stove is too close to the fresh air pipe causing incorrect temperature reading. My biggest issue would be the control panel mounting to the back of the stove. Our pipe is offset so it is located in the middle of the stove for a better look. Due to the pipe location mounting the control panel was not ideal. I had to slide it to the right so much that it interferes with opening the right side panel of the stove. In order to access the back cleanouts (open the door completely) I have to unmount the control panel each time. I purchased some aluminum flat bar and will fabricate a mount at some point to move the control panel up and out of the way. Overall very satisfied with the stove.”
“We are local to the Comfortbilt location in NC and drove there one day after Christmas wanting a pellet stove. Super nice guy came out to talk with us and we left with the pellet stove in our truck! my husband installed it (easy peasy) and we have enjoyed it every day since. In our home, it's very hard to heat (so if we raised our thermostat above 68*F, the heat would be on 24/7). Now with the pellet stove on setting 1, our living room, kitchen and dining room (plus 2 bed rooms) are in the 70s. Our heat has not kicked on since dec. 28th and our electric usage has been cut by near half (I check the kwh's every few days). It runs a good 4-5 days before we turn it off and empty the ash pan. It's heaven and the fact that I'm not frozen in my home is worth the investment. Super happy with our purchase and only wish we had done it sooner!!!”
