“We live in The Jemez Mountains in New Mexico. We have a 3 story home. We installed The Comfort Bilt pellet stove on the second floor, we run it on 1 most of the time and maintain 70 degrees. With an 80 lbs hopper the stove runs 2 days. The ash drawer is large so I use an ash vacuum once a month to clean. I love this pellet stove!!! I am going to install a second one for the bottom floor which has a pellet stove, this is an amazing pellet stove I highly recommend.”

“First off I'd like to say I'm very impressed with the overall design and how simple the cleaning process is. We tested multiple different brands and landed on the Somerset pellets. We have a poorly insulated 2100 square foot 2 story home in Northwest Pennsylvania and has heated it very well. The highest setting we have ran the stove on was level 4 with the outside air temperature at 3 degrees and it kept our house at a comfortable 74 degrees. This purchase was more than worth it and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative heat source that produces plenty of heat.”
“Pleased with the overall quality. Disappointed in the factory settings for heat on levels 4&5 in manual. The fire oscillates quite a bit from high to low during burning. Like every 3-4 minutes. Luckily there was some chat on the internet and I tuned the burn settings on level or bar5.”

Of course as a man , I did not read manual, so just did my manly thing and filled the house with smoke and ruined a vacuum trying to mitigate the stove from butningnmy house down . After all that, I saw the error of my mistake and rectified it promptly with a quick read of the startup process. To further satisfy my desire to make this work,in called customer support (busiest time of year- have them call you back) and they tweaked stove further. It has been a life saver . Stove functions flawlessly, with no issues whatsoever . I love cleaning the ashes out and put in my garden and wipe glass clean once or twice a week. The jingle of the pellets dropping is somewhat of a therapeutic sound thst never gets old. This section of my house has never been so cozy. Highly recommended.”
