“Fan noise isn't too bad and to be expected, very little ash in the burn pot unlike the other brand pellet stove I have in the shop, starts nicely with no hunting for blower speeds unlike the other stove again, heats the house from 68F to 73F in about 2 hours on a setting of 1, small hopper and we have to shove the pellets down when the auger becomes exposed (about 8 hours into a burn) but usually not an issue as it is normally run in the evenings at our house. And a very pretty flame show with the windows that lights up the living room well, in the evenings.”
“I absolutely love it. I wish I invested in one years ago. It’s so convenient and easy no more worrying where I’m gonna buy wood from no more stacking wood and so much more cleaner. Keeps the house at a steady temperature compared to a wood stove where if your out for hours and the fire goes out then you have to restart it wait to your house warms up. The pellet stove keeps a steady heat for hours and hours. I wake up in the morning and my house is still the same temperature.”
“We are very happy with our purchase and particularly the great customer service. Very few problems, those that we had were aggressively attended to and quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We will likely be purchasing another stove to be installed in my ceramics studio. Very happy and highly recommend Comfortbilt without hesitation.”
“No issues so far. Easy to clean. This is my first pellet stove. Tech was awesome and help me changed the settings quick and easy. Impressed so far. Bought the 5 year $299 plan to. Thought that was a great deal.”
