“So happy with my ComfortBilt HP22i fireplace insert. I replaced and old Whitfield pellet insert with the ComfortBilt. What a great improvement. I love that I no longer have to use firestarter gel to get the stove going. Simply press a button and stand back. Takes a few minutes to start up, but no hassle. It does a great job of heating up the house.
I also love that the insert is highly efficient. It qualifies for the current Federal tax credit and was a real value compared to other inserts I considered buying--not of which made the tax credit cut because they were not as efficient.
Highly recommend the ComfortBilt HP22i. Installed it myself and found it pretty easy to accomplish, including installing a new flexible stove pipe up the chimney.”

“I purchased my ComfortBilt Pellet Stove in April 2022. I wanted to use it for a season before I wrote a review. I am pleased to report that the stove has performed excellently since its installation. Initially, after about 2-3 weeks I heard a grinding noise which turned out to be the augur bearings. ComfortBilt promptly replaced the upper and lower augur bearings and it has functioned very well since installation.
The stove provides excellent heat on the different heat settings and is also very easy to clean. I highly recommend this stove to anyone looking for a pellet stove. The price is very competitive compared to other manufacturers. This is a quality stove at a reasonable price along with a company that stands by its product.”
“We purchased this stove about 2 months ago and our furnace has not run much since then. We originally lit the stove outside first to burn off any manufacturing oils. That kept the smoke out of the house. Our home is around 2700 sq ft of which we heat 2100 sq ft. This stove is saving us from chopping and stacking wood and cleaning this stove is super easy.
