“5/5 First season with the unit after 1800 hours and 1.25 tons of pellets I am very pleased. The HP50S starts quickly and runs quietly, easily supplementing our regular furnace. Clean up is easy and when it is time for maintenance, the design allows for easy access. I have recommended this model to several people and am considering the fireplace insert as well for next season. I wish the WiFi module was available though I have worked around it with Broadlink IR WiFi bridge and a WiFi camera pointed at the unit's screen. Hopefully the actual WiFi capability will be approved and available at some point.”

I read, the cats are happy, my life is great. I clean the ash box every 4 days and maintenance is easy and quick. The installation I did myself. Easy to install. “I love this stove , been using itbitbtge Weekly setting. ECO mode and it performs flualessly .
I ve had a few small issues with some anger noise and burn ppt being too tight on cleaning removal and reinstall, but tech support has been wonderful, supplying me with parts and instructions that have resolved this issues. The most comfortable winter my wife and I have spent in our home in 25 years.
