“We purchased an extended warrantee for our ComfortBilt pellet stove and you finally after three weeks sent us a replacement main power switch, fuse, and an ignition rod, and mother board. After studing your tech videos on our computer I was able to get our stove to function again. I spent hours on line trying to comunicate with Comfortbilt to get the parts that failed. It took over three weeks to finally convince someone that we did in fact have an extended warrantee before the parts needed to repair our stove came. We love our ComfortBilt pellet stove, and your on line tech videos are helpful, but it was very frustrating tring to communicate with and get technical support when we had two feet on snow on the ground and we needed our stove to function properly. I ultimately had to call a local heating/furnace repair technician to diagnose and install the replacement mother board. I was never able to talk to anyone on the telephone at ComfortBilt. Your "chat" line was the only way I was ever able to get thru to you and that was very slow in response.”
