Both of these switches failed in less than a month. I've solved that problem by installing REAL US BUILT devices that are rated to stand the heat and current load. I am sending the second switch back to the factory for review.

Fails after a year or 2. At least it doesn’t need replaced like the igniter does every year

This is the second main switch I have ordered. Are stove is just over 4 years old

I am not sure yet trying to find someone to put it in for me. Very upset that the stove did not last more then two winters spent alot of money with you to get this stove. :(

The ComfortBilt customer service folks helped me identify an issue with my HP 22 and quickly sent me the appropriate part to get be up and running again. Something is going on “very right” with them as they consistently are there for any questions or issues which may come up.
