“I add the chicken carcass to a pressure cooker, add carrots, bayleaf, onions, garlic, celery, salt, cider vinegar and lemon juice and cook for 2 hours, add more water if needed then cook for another hour and you end up with a delicious bone broth you can add to meals or gravy for added minerals and taste.”

“Chicken carcasses are good and large enough. You do not smell the classic nauseating smell of intensive farming and low quality feed. It is necessary to remove the skin and, as I am disabled, I would prefer they were already clean. I made the broth and finally found a way to cook it without fat. The cost is a little expensive for me. Overall, I'm satisfied”
