“These bones were soft enough to blend after 24 hours on the stove. Nothing wasted. Had a litre of stock and a jar of puree - mixed the latter with celeriac but would also make a soup.”

“This was my first foray into home-made, slow cooker, bone broth. I was amazed with the result. I was expecting it to taste nothing like your superior broth. However, the reproduced version was very similar in taste - thank you!”
