“I was so happy to find an organic chicken carcass that I could make bone broth from as I am on a strict medical protocol. Great quality, I love the fact they come frozen and can go straight in freezer until ready to defrost. And high quality!”

“The chicken carcass is lovely and 1 carcass in my slow cooker has made enough stock for 3 meals. It makes a real difference! I still add stock cubes but the carcass juice makes my gravy extra tasty!”

“I am a first time buyer and although my first reaction was the chicken carcasses were a bit on the small size, they had plenty of meat on them, so much so that I actually made a delicious chicken and watercress soup with one! Overall it is value for money and I am impressed with the inner packaging. I will be ordering again!”
