“i used this chicken carcass to make soup. it was lovely. i used all organic vegetables too. im not a very good cook thats one of the reasons i enjoy such tasty meat with no added nasty things in it. as even if its plainly cooked it still tastes excellent.There was plenty of good chicken left on the carcass even after adding some to the soup, so i made a chicken and brocolli pasta. 10/10”
