Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! I'm sorry to hear you had some issues with getting your flat backs to stay. That's definitely frustrating! Push-pin Flat Backs work pretty differently than threaded flat backs and stay secure through an adjustable tension bond.
We include with every flat back order a card with photo/written directions as well as a QR code to our Education Hub with helpful videos. Additionally, our customer service team is available via chat and email to help with individualized fit help.
