“The back panel to access the water tank was difficult for me to open. I had to Google how to open it, even then it was a struggle for me. The steam comes out smooth and steady, but it smells awful. The plastic smell is so strong, I have to hold my breath while steaming my face. The plastic is not BPA free as far as I can tell, so I'm afraid the smell will not dissipate with more use, not to mention the chemicals I must be absorbing through my skin.”

“I LOVE my Aira! It's something I look forward to! It's so relaxing. It not only offers skin benefits, it also helps with allergies! It is easy to use and has done wonders for my skin! I really like that you can use essential oils with it and that the nozzle is adjustable- when you close your eyes, it feels like you're at a spa! The Aira facial steamer is great for personal-pampering as well as gifting! I already got one for my sister and she loves it!”
