“The back panel to access the water tank was difficult for me to open. I had to Google how to open it, even then it was a struggle for me. The steam comes out smooth and steady, but it smells awful. The plastic smell is so strong, I have to hold my breath while steaming my face. The plastic is not BPA free as far as I can tell, so I'm afraid the smell will not dissipate with more use, not to mention the chemicals I must be absorbing through my skin.”
