“I have previously written a good review however I want to again stress the fact that I am a 70-year-old male, I regularly wake up at night with severe cramping in my legs and the only thing thaty instantly helps is CramFix. I take a good mouthful of Cramfix and within a minutes the cramping dissipates and I can get back to a good night's sleep. I also use Cramfix during and after exercise and gym.”

“I have been taking crampfix for several years. I am a senior and after walking and weigh training I suffer from severe cramping mainly at night and I find taking a mouthful of crampfix quickly dissipates the cramping and gives me a restful night's sleep. “I am an ultra distance trail runner and typically suffered calf and thigh cramps at about the 35km mark in long runs. I was told about Crampfix by a fellow runner and was a little sceptical as I had tried most of the remedies discussed on running forums. Since switching to Crampfix I have not suffered severe cramp at all during a run. I take a swig before the run and then again at the first twinge. I also get night cramps in my legs after strenuous exercise and find that Crampfix relieves those although mostly I need a second dose after a minute or so. All in all I am very happy to have found the product.”
