“The cramp fix work unexpectedly well, I competed in the don river dash 300 in Bown QLD (look it up) I started getting a cramp in the arm on the second lap, took a shot while in the pits and never had one after the second day of racing I took one before the start and a one on the 3rd lap with zero cramping at all! All I can say this stuff is the ducks nuts and I'll totally be using this for future,”

“Tested these during training and also during two races , they worked perfectly after reading through the site on optimal timing to prevent cramps. I was plagued with quad and hamstring cramps on the runs after bike legs in Olympic distances or longer , and these worked great. Definitely ordering again.”
