“I used QuickFix shots in training for and during an ultra marathon (46km and ~2000m of climbing) since in my previous ultra (50km) I had cramped up badly in the last 10km. My longest training run was 48km (fairly flat) and, using QuickFix shots, was totally fine. During the race, which had a lot of up and down, I used the shots preventatively and at the slightest hint of a cramp. The end result was no cramps at all and I finished pretty strong, overtaking someone due to his cramping etc to grab 4th. The taste is... peculiar. But I like pickles and it can be easily washed down. The shots are also easy to carry before and after consumption to ensure the race environment is maintained. I would definitely use the shots again as part of my nutrition strategy.”

“This stuff is magic! I used Crampfix shots on my first 100km trail event in July. I experienced cramping around the 40km mark and used one of the Crampfix shots I had on me. Within a kilometre the cramps had completely disappeared - awesome! At this point I was expecting to have further cramping at some point during the event; however this just never happened. Whatever is in this product worked wonders for me, eliminating the cramp and ensuring it never returned. Crampfix is a fantastic product and I can't recommend it highly enough for runners wanting to stop & prevent those cramps. Tastes awful but works great! :)”
