“I have tried this on my long runs in training for GC Marathon 23. The flavours appeal to me even though I don’t usually like the taste of artificial flavours. They are light and not cloying like most gels. I found one sachet mixed in 500 mls of water gave me enough fuel for 2 hour runs without any additional gels. For this reason I’m buying a bulk pack and will keep using it in my training and on event day.”

“Great value. I like the mild flavours and the mouthfeel of the fuel x. The naked version is my favourite and sits well in my gut on long runs.”

“I am getting to like this product. The pack set me up well ahead of GCM and will also help for GC50. I love the soft flasks and with two now on my long runs I can have one pre-made and the second with powder only in my belt ready to make up at a water tap.”
